About

Built for the decade nobody prepares you for.

Perimenopause can begin ten years before your last period. It rarely announces itself. It changes your sleep, your mood, your memory and your body — and the tools available were built for pregnancy or for periods, not for this.

What we hold ourselves to

Explain, don't just record

A number in a chart changes nothing. Knowing that your 3am waking is low progesterone changes how you think about yourself — and what you ask for.

Specific beats gentle

“Try to relax” is not advice. 200–300mg of magnesium glycinate an hour before bed, judged after ten days, is advice.

Close every loop

If we suggest something, we ask what happened. Anything else is guessing dressed up as personalisation.

Assume she's busy

Three taps to log. One insight a day. No streaks, no badges, nothing designed to keep you in the app longer than you need to be.

Say what we don't know

We are not your doctor, we do not diagnose, and we tell you plainly when the answer is “take this to your GP”.

Her data is hers

Never sold, never shared with advertisers, deletable in full from inside the app. This is the most personal data there is.

We want to hear when we get it wrong

If an explanation reads as patronising, a suggestion misses, or something in the app makes you feel worse rather than better, tell us. That feedback shapes the knowledge base directly.
